ITRANA

A hardy plant characterized by rapid growth. Its rooting capacity is high. Its production rate is medium. The flowers have a medium percentage of aborted ovaries. Self-incompatible. The 'Leccino' and 'Pendolino' varieties are reported as pollinators. Productivity is high and alternate. Ripening is staggered and late, and the fruit is highly resistant to detachment. Its production is suitable both for processing black olives (easy separation of the pulp from the stone) and for oil extraction (medium oil content). It is particularly tolerant to cold and the main fungal diseases.
